Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Switzerland, Denmark, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland .
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €2.95 with GLS and €3.95 with DHL per order.
There are no shipping costs for orders over €49.00.
Deliveries abroad :
We charge a flat rate for shipping abroad: 9.95 €
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 2-3 days, and for deliveries abroad within 4-7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
If you pick up your order yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details on payment
Payment by invoice is only possible for authorities and companies .
If paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.
If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
